We do not offer refunds- with the exception of defective items.
Our exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Perishable goods such as drinks cannot be exchanged.
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
